Rate: To assure that you get the best rate, please make your hotel reservations through the Client Summit 2007 website during registration.
The room rate of $169.00 is available from: March 19-23, 2007. Due to the NCAA Tournament in New Orleans, March 16 – 18, we cannot guarantee hotel rooms prior to March 19.
CANCELLATION
A one (1) night’s charge will be applied to your credit card for any hotel reservations which are canceled within seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEES
Currently the Hotel Monteleone charges an early departure fee for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date. Guests will be asked at registration/check-in to confirm their intended departure date. Guests may change their departure date without penalty up to and including registration/check-in. Any guests departing the Hotel prior to the indicated date at registration/check-in will be charged an early departure fee of a one night’s room and tax charge.
Internet Access:
Included in room rate.
Meals: Continental breakfast, lunch and AM/PM snacks will be provided on March 20th and 21 st. There will be a Welcome Reception with food on March 19th, a Partner Fair Reception on March 20th followed by an entertaining and fun dinner event to be announced later. If you are attending the advanced training sessions, lunch will be provided on March 22nd.
Transportation:
- Airports: Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY)
- Shuttle: The hotel does not have a complimentary dedicated airport shuttle. However, you may catch the Airport Shuttle located on the ground level (baggage claim) area of Louis Armstrong International Airport for transportation to the hotel. The current charge is $13.00 US per person.
- Taxi: Rates from the airport are $28.00 for 1-2 people traveling together or $12.00 per person for 3 or more people.
